Become a VSN customer

Step 1) Email your Chamber of Commerce extract to info@vendorservices.nl and indicate which authorized signatory will sign the customer agreement.
Step 2) You will receive an email from the company Signhost with a request to complete our customer form online in the portal and have it signed by the authorized signatory. You will also receive our terms and conditions
Step 3) After signing, you will receive a certified copy of the signed documents.
Step 4) The information will be processed by our customer service department, and you will receive an email confirming that your company has been activated.

Please note: processing only takes place on business days during our office hours.
